Shipping & Delivery

For all orders that are placed, please advise that we undergo a processing/inspection period before shipping your item(s) out.
Within this period of time, we thoroughly inspect the quality of the goods to make sure everything is in proper order and of maximum quality, as well as safely packaging and securing the goods for shipment. 
Once order processing/inspection periods are complete, we will then ship out your order.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once it becomes available.
Please allow at least 2-4 additional business days for tracking information to show any source of update. Sometimes the shipping courier can have a delay with reporting the status of your package.

Once shipped, some orders from the US will arrive within 10 days. Meanwhile some of our orders will arrive within 14 to 21 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help. 
We begin processing all orders for shipment the very next business day and it may be impossible to cancel or make any changes once it has undergone this process. 
If you need to cancel or make any changes with your order, it is your responsibility  to contact us the same day the order is placed.
We cannot guarantee any cancellation or changes to your order if you contact us any time beyond the same day you have placed your order. 
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at support@ 13fomo.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to make changes on your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or resend a replacement to the correct address at a discounted price.
We may need to send your order in separate packages depending on the quantity that is ordered. Please do not be alarmed if you do not receive all of your items at once and feel free to contact us at support@ 13fomo.com for further updates on your order.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this issue with your local post office.
13fomo does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered, but are not received.
To allow free shipping costs to our customers, some of our items may not include a box with the product in order to pass the weight requirements by shipping couriers. Whether the product you order includes a box or not will be notated in its product page description. 
If you refuse any shipments from  13fomo, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by  13fomo, and thus cannot be refunded.
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
Please note that DHL pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee.
By placing an order at 13fomo, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to 13fomo. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to return your packages.
