Where Do We Ship From?
We have warehouses located in the United States, South America, Europe and China and will have items produced and sent out from wherever inventory is most accessible and convenient to the order's destination.
How Long Does It Take For Orders To Ship?

For all orders that are placed, please advise that we undergo a processing/inspection period before shipping your item(s) out.

Within this period of time, we thoroughly inspect the quality of the goods to make sure everything is in proper order and of maximum quality, before we prepare to package and ship your order. 

Below are the estimated times of completion for the processing/inspection period:

International (Everywhere Else): 3-8 Business Days

Once this period is complete, we will then ship out your order and you will receive an email with tracking information.

How Can I Track The Status Of My Order?

How Long Do I Have To Be Able To Cancel Or Make Changes To An Order?

If you need to cancel or make any changes with your order, it is your responsibility to contact us the same day the order is placed.

We process all orders for shipment the very next business day and it may be impossible to cancel or make any changes once it has undergone this process. 

We cannot guarantee any cancellation or changes to your order if you contact us any time beyond the same day you have placed your order. 

It also your responsibility to ensure you enter your shipping and billing information correctly. We are not responsible for any orders that do not arrive due to a mistake in the shipping address. However, we can definitely always work out a solution to have a replacement sent to the proper address at a reduced cost to preserve customer satisfaction.

We have a 30 day return policy from the date of which your item is received according to the tracking information and will only accept the item in unused condition and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and if you were charged for shipping at the time of order, this will also be deducted from total amount of your refund.

How Do I Qualify For A Refund?

We will issue out refunds to customers who want to return items (at the cost of shipping), if the item arrives damaged/defective, or if the item is never received. 

On rare occasions, we may have to cancel and refund orders due to a shortage of supply, or if there is a problem with shipping the item to a certain destination.

How Long Does It Take To Get A Refund?

When you request a refund and we deem it necessary, we will usually process the refund immediately. 

How it can typically take anywhere  between 3-10 business days for your bank statement to show the refund amount.
